MicrobiomePlots.jl is a companion package for Microbiome.jl for plotting microbiome and microbial community data. Functionality will be ported to Microbiome.jl soon. This package is Deprecated

Installation

Install Microbiome from the Julia REPL:

Pkg> add MicrobiomePlots

If you are interested in the cutting edge of the development, please check out the master branch to try new features before release.
