PseudoGamma.jl

Defines the following Pseudo Gamma functions:

• HadamardGamma
• LuschnyFactorial

For convenience, it also provides the functions EulerGamma and EulerDiGamma, which map directly to the gamma and digamma functions of the SpecialFunctions package.
